Nutritional Cleanse

Are you looking to improve your spiritual vibration and ability to attract and manifest your desires more effectively ? One way to assist in the process is by eliminating toxins in all areas of life. Toxic people, toxic situations, and toxic foods and products. The following is a super simple quick cleanse that will nourish and rejuvenate your body by helping to flush out the toxins our bodies have absorbed through our diets and external products. After following this for 3 days you will notice an improvement in your energy level, hair, skin, and nail texture and most people notice inflammation diminishing and weight loss.

What you will need

*Please use ORGANIC products and BPA free containers

Spring water
Any fruits
Any green leafy vegetable
Lean protein; eggs,chicken, fish or tofu
Healthy Fat; avocado, olive oil, avocado oil
Lemon or limes
Green tea(to ease caffeine withdrawal symptoms)
Fresh herbs(optional)

For the detox Bath
Epsom Salts
Essential oils such as lavender or tea tree are optional
Coconut oil


*Upon waking begin each day with 8oz of tepid water with the juice of half a lemon, this will set the body into an alkaline basic state (which will cut inflammation and facilitate the flushing process)

8am- 1 cup or piece of fruit and 8-12oz of water
10am- 1 cup or piece of fruit and 8-12oz of water
12pm- 1 cup or piece of fruit and 8-12oz of water
2pm- 1 cup or piece of fruit and 8-12oz of water
4pm- 1 cup or piece of fruit and 8-12oz of water
6pm- 2 cups leafy greens, topped with any raw vegetables(NO CORN) 4-6 oz of lean protein and 1 serving of healthy fat…1/4 avocado, 2 TBSP olive oil or avocado oil, and the juice of a lemon or lime for a dressing. You may also add any chopped fresh herbs you desire such as parsley, dill, basil, or oregano.
Drink 8-12oz of water

If you experience caffeine withdrawal symptoms during the day such as headaches, moodiness, or fatigue you may have a cup of fresh brewed green tea hot or cold to ease the discomfort

At the end of each day you will take a detox bath
2 cups of Epsom Salts in water as hot as you can comfortably tolerate. Essential Oils may be added for relaxation if desired. Add 1 TBSP coconut oil to keep skin moisturized. Have a glass or bottle of water handy to sip through out bath and stay in for 20 minutes. After your bath, a quick rinse in clean water to cleanse off what the body has eliminated.

After bath and I recommend ALWAYS but definitely during reset, use clean paraben free products to wash and moisturize(ADD LINKS) coconut oil is also an excellent moisturizer for the skin
